Just a great window. Very quick service all you have too do is long at the big box store and try and get a window this good at this price..
I recently made some sash windows with plexiglass i could have gotten two window here for what i paid for just the plexiglass

Bumped into website and took a shot at ordering one replacement window for our old basement. Wanted casement style in non-standard size. Arrived in 2 weeks, correctly sized and easy install. Ordered 2 more for other basement windows. Hoping for same result.

Was going to spend $50 or $60 at the big box stores for each basement window then build a frame using PVC around it.
Would have been way more work and have a much smaller window.
I decided to get these and well worth it. Took only 30 mins to install these (first time installing them). Super easy.
Quality of the windows are just okay. Nothing special felt a little lower quality than what I was expecting. But the major thing here is getting custom Windows at a very reasonable price.

I installed this window in a mobile home bathroom, with the hinges on the left side. It was great finding a manufacturer who could make such a small size (13.75" by 39.5 ") at a reasonable price and with a quick turn around time. Install went smoothly, no issues. Nicely done, gentlemen!

When every lumber yard it town was reporting 6-8 week delay to have any of their vendors built me a custom window, American Window Products turned my order around in less than 3 weeks and delivered an excellent product for a very reasonable price. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Received the window about 2 1/2 weeks after my order was placed. Exactly what was indicated for a custom window. The window replaced one that was in the house for 65 years that was rotting and would no longer open. The new window appears well made, and was easily installed. Noticed an immediate reduction in outside noise and a complete lack of outside air leaking into the room.
Will order additional windows in the future since I have 2 similar ones that need replacement.

This is my 4th custom window from this company as I slowly replace my old tilt in single pane basement windows. Perfect fit, easy installation, I'm not noticing any draft. The true test will be when it's 5 degrees in a few months but so far very happy.

We wanted to install a basement hopper window. I found American Windows, measured the rough opening, and submitted an order. The window arrived about three weeks later. It looks great, works well, and matches the dimensions I needed. It came with helpful instructions and I installed it that weekend. The price was also much much better than what I could find elsewhere. If you need a custom-sized window, I highly recommend American Windows.

Having a 300 year old house is quite a challenge when replacing odd sized windows. You guys did a great job with my new basement windows. They were simple to install and for the first time in 300 years I’ll have a real window that locks and keeps the elements out!!
