The window frame size is recommended to be 1/2" less than rough opening

Great quality product for the money. Fast fulfillment. Excellent customer service. I had a change order two days after placing my custom order. It was handled graciously at no additional cost.
However, packaging needs to be improved to minimize glass breaking.

Very happy with quality and service. Local mills stores, lumber yards, window suppliers and carpenters said it couldn't be done , and were not intereeted in making a replacement for my rotten barn - window. But this is perfect and well made.very good price too. Horray for Wisconsin.

I ordered 12 sashes, ordering process was easy, I was mostly content, but one sash was not properly glued and the mullions did not line up, and because the glass was undersized for the opening I was not able to cheat it down. If these weren't a temporary fix, I would have insisted on a replacement.

I needed custom sized windows for my Shop, which is a galvanized building. I was so thrilled when I found these windows, which are perfect.
A fair amount of work in taking them apart, painting them, putting them back together, caulking and finally hanging them — BUT THEY ARE PERFECT>

AFTER INSTALLING THE WINDOWS FROM OUR FIRST ORDER, WE LIKED THE WINDOWS SO MUCH WE DECIDED TO ORDER MORE AND COMPLETE THE PROJECT. THEY WERE EASY TO INSTALL AND LOOK GREAT.
