Could use a little seal around the glass.

Tested the window by spraying with water and found that the lowest groove leaks out the bottom of the frame and then would leak even further into the casing if installed as is. I will fix this by disassembling and putting clear silicone in the bottom groove and corners.
Not water tight is not good!!

The three windows (barn sash) I ordered arrived in a reasonable length of time, were exactly correct as to the dimensions I provided, are attractive and seem to be very well made. Also the sash were well-packaged and arrived undamaged.
I used to have a very hard time ordering barn sash online. I'm glad these folks are around!

Grooves on edges have to be filled if you want to use them as opening windows. Also, the four corner screws holding the window together do not secure the pieces firmly. I will probably add some more screws. Window panes are not caulked, either.
