2. Quality Sash Windows

   After extensive searching on the web, I came across the American Windows website. I am building a new shed and needed a couple of windows to match two others I was using from an earlier project. While they were not the same size as my other windows, I was able to order a close comparison.
   
   Wanting a bit more information, I called the company and had a very nice and informative conversation with a patient representative. He answered all my questions and then some.
   
   Both windows arrived in excellent condition. They were a bit dusty, but I assume the grey dust was from the windows being custom made. A damp cloth and a few minutes later, they looked great!
   
   I am very please with my purchase and can't wait to get started on my shed project. I would highly recommend American Windows!

   I ordered two custom windows. They were made and shipped within the given time frame with free shipping to boot! When my windows arrived each had broken panes in them but the windows were exactly what I wanted. I called American Windows and got a real and very helpful person!! She told me the company would either pick up my windows to take them for the repairs or they could send me replacement panes. I chose to receive the panes and she told me how to disassemble the widows to swap out the broken ones. She also gave me the great tip of removing all the panes to paint the windows and then replace them. Wonderful customer service with this company and I love my windows. I would definitely order from them again.
