I was stymied because my older house's poured concrete foundation had odd size basement window openings (no longer standard). I needed three replacement windows made to order and found America Windows online. A little more than I wanted to spend but with free shipping it solved my problem Thank you!

The first window I ordered was delivered cracked due to shipping . The associate was very nice on the phone and apologetic. The second window arrived three days later just as they said without cracks. You have a great company!

I was very impressed with the window I purchased to replace a rusted cellar window, I needed a specific size that none of the big home improvement centers didn’t have, ordered this was a little skeptical ordering online.very pleased well made,perfect fit ,would highly recommend American Windows,

The Contractor was going to charge me about $5k to replace my old 4 domed lexan very drafty skylights in my 10 ft high vaulted ceiling and lift up my new shingles..no way!! I put these low-e windows beneath them in the window boxes and sealed them up and gained 10 degrees and saved a lot of money. My first window job ever.

I found American Windows online and liked the reviews and the quality . The price was right too. I received a email confirming the purchase and one prior to shipping about three weeks later . I would have hoped that it would have been a bit quicker . Delivered in a nice secure box and windows looked good and were blemish free . Fit great and the glass looks like it will take on the cold winters of Minnesota.

I have never put in a window before, I haven't even seen it done. The product was easy to work with, and a couple you-tube videos and everything went great. I could not be happier.

After having our house power washed and ending up with a basement full of water due to the deplorable state of our basement windows - my husband and I decided the windows must be replaced. An on-line search indicated that a total replacement would cost 4-5k. Definitely not within our budget. Our windows were not a standard size, so replacement windows thru Lows and Home Depot were not the answer. A second on-line search turned up American Window Products LLC. We ordered one window (to try it out) and installed it. Perfection!!! So we ordered 3 more, installed them, and problem solved! As an added bonus, our cellar is so much brighter now and we can actually see out of them! Hm-m-m, I wonder what the cost-savings will be in winter fuel!
