I was extremely happy to find this window for the treehouse I built for my grandson. What is really great about it is that you can customize the size to fit the window opening. It comes with a full screen and smooth operating glide panels. To top it, it was shipped and delivered 2 days earlier than estimated. For the price, quality and service, I am extremely happy with this purchase.

The shipment was send in three boxes: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3. 3 of 3 never made it; I got an email from: NV Window stating package 3 of 3 was returned to them damaged, and they would send a new window. When I got the "new window", it too was broke, (shattered). I filed a FedEx claim and still have no third window.
