I purchased a 8 inch full jamb window. Fast shipping with tracking. Easy install with zero leaks air or water. When it was originally shippped one of the window panes cracked. I contacted the office. Within an hour the problem was taking care of. I was emailed by DJ and he assurred me a replacement would be shipped immediately. I received the new window in 2 days as promised. I will shop with them again and give a referral when asked about windows.
