The egress windows I purchased are very nice. Our contractor was impressed. Being in a rural area I was able to obtain these easier and at a better price than locally purchased. Had it not been for a storm that held up my purchase. The company was wonderful in handling a problem with no one at fault. Very thankful. Will do business with them if needed and will highly recommend to all.

Good, affordable windows. Screens were not listing on product description, but were included. A+ Only a little trimming needed at the corners to get to flush. The plastic welding process makes them a bit bigger than dimensioned.

Searched high and low for an egress casement window, on which i didnt have to switch out hardware to meet code. Every other site wanted $500 or more after shipping. Ill be buying from american windows again.

About what you would expect for $100 window. Meets local codes for egress. Window is not hinged on jamb, same scissor hinge as regular crank windows. This does change the size of the opening when window is open. Would be better if hinges were in jamb of window, but that would require thicker and more rigid casing and would probably make it more expensive. Overall satisfied with product.

Good quality window, hinges and latches. That it has a Screen is great as it didn't list it very pleased

The window is exactly what was described. Installation and rough in sizes were correct. Customer service was exceptional. Will definitely buy through American Window again.
