I bought this window to use for a decor project, as I didn't want an original vintage window that was covered in lead paint. I ordered a custom window and it arrived exactly as I expected. It looks great and I am completely satisfied.

The whole process could not have been easier and the window could not be better. It was a custom size and arrived in less than 2 weeks. It fits perfectly and looks great. I'm very pleased and impressed and will order from them again.

The old wooden windows in the loft above my garage needed replacing, and I decided to order vinyl to replace them, so I wouldn't have to replace them again. I was happy to find a place to custom make them in the size and style that I wanted. I am pleased with the attention to detail in the appearance. Once installed, these will match the historic appearance of the structure and will look like they "belong," without the maintenance that comes with wood. My only concern is that they are lighter in weight and more hollow than I expected. It may be a challenge for my installer to attach the hinges at the top, in order for them to swing out to open. I am concerned that there may not be enough material there for the screws to grip onto.

I was pleased with the ease of ordering custom sized windows to fit my existing openings - I ordered two different sizes and both arrived exactly as ordered.
