2. Great Value window

   I was skeptical at first due to the price and the fact I was ordering it on the internet. It turns out that the window is exactly what I needed for my basement. I was able to get a custom window that seals great with insulated glass at a quarter of the price as the big box stores. Ordered the window and about 2 to 3 weeks later it was here. You will have to drill your weep holes as the window can be configured in 3 different positions. Take your time read the directions and you should have no problem.

4. Good Basement Window

   I had to replace an odd size window in my brick foundation and stumbled upon this website. Turnover was really fast at two weeks, email responses were given in a timely manner, and shipping was really fast! I’d definitely recommend purchasing windows from American Window Products to anyone in search of an irregular replacement window.

5. Nail fins too thin

   I really like these windows. Installed 4 in my basement. I have them in-swing lifting up. The friction holder doesn't work that well and changes with the temperature and weather. I use a stick to hold them open at the height I like. I used the nail fins to install the windows. The recommendation is for 1/4 inch clearance on each side to allow leveling, but I found the nail fins should be 1/4 inch wider to allow access to the frame all the way around. It would prevent a lot of frustration.

6. 2 Basement Windows Replaced - Perfect Fit

   For my basement project I had 2 egress windows installed and looked for remodeling windows for the remaining 2 in the utility room, but I could not find any retail or lumber millwork locations with my window size. In searching the internet I found American Window Products and I emailed Bill. Bill confirmed my understanding of the website for dimensions, and the windows arrived within 3 weeks. These custom windows were installed that very weekend and we are very happy. Quality energy efficient product at an affordable price. I might have been willing to pay more if there was a way to make the window a bit nicer, but they are in a utility room! Thanks.

7. Best bang for your buck

   I order about 1 window a month from this company. The stock windows I install professionally from other manufacturers ofter vary drastically in quality. These windows however have always been consistently well built.
   The only thing I would change about them is to add more options for energy efficiency.
   
   More than anything, the fact that they sell these with no extra shipping cost and deliver them ON TIME makes this company a dream to work with.

9. Quality built window

   The window I received was well built, and cost much less than buying from the home centers. Be sure to check your order to make sure the proper dimensions were ordered when you receive the confirmation email. It took a little over 2 weeks to receive my order but it was the busy time of year.
   I won't hesitate to purchase another window from them.

10. Great Window, Great Value

    Replaced basement windows in a house built in the early 1960's that had a window size that was not available in any of the big box stores. Delivery was as promised, the windows were as promised: well made, high quality, to the exact size requested. They were easy to install, look great and work great. Having the screen included is a great extra. Installed 4 windows in one day, everything completed. Great windows, great value, extremely satisfied with the purchase. Nice to see an American made product of such good quality available at a very fair price.
