1. 2 Basement Windows Replaced - Perfect Fit

   For my basement project I had 2 egress windows installed and looked for remodeling windows for the remaining 2 in the utility room, but I could not find any retail or lumber millwork locations with my window size. In searching the internet I found American Window Products and I emailed Bill. Bill confirmed my understanding of the website for dimensions, and the windows arrived within 3 weeks. These custom windows were installed that very weekend and we are very happy. Quality energy efficient product at an affordable price. I might have been willing to pay more if there was a way to make the window a bit nicer, but they are in a utility room! Thanks.

2. Best bang for your buck

   I order about 1 window a month from this company. The stock windows I install professionally from other manufacturers ofter vary drastically in quality. These windows however have always been consistently well built.
   The only thing I would change about them is to add more options for energy efficiency.
   
   More than anything, the fact that they sell these with no extra shipping cost and deliver them ON TIME makes this company a dream to work with.

   I ordered 5 custom sized windows. They all came in a timely manner and were all of good quality. The pricing beats any of the big box stores for custom windows. I recommend these windows.

4. Quality built window

   The window I received was well built, and cost much less than buying from the home centers. Be sure to check your order to make sure the proper dimensions were ordered when you receive the confirmation email. It took a little over 2 weeks to receive my order but it was the busy time of year.
   I won't hesitate to purchase another window from them.

5. Great Window, Great Value

   Replaced basement windows in a house built in the early 1960's that had a window size that was not available in any of the big box stores. Delivery was as promised, the windows were as promised: well made, high quality, to the exact size requested. They were easy to install, look great and work great. Having the screen included is a great extra. Installed 4 windows in one day, everything completed. Great windows, great value, extremely satisfied with the purchase. Nice to see an American made product of such good quality available at a very fair price.

   Just a great window. Very quick service all you have too do is long at the big box store and try and get a window this good at this price..
   
   I recently made some sash windows with plexiglass i could have gotten two window here for what i paid for just the plexiglass

7. Basement window correctly sized and fast service

   Bumped into website and took a shot at ordering one replacement window for our old basement. Wanted casement style in non-standard size. Arrived in 2 weeks, correctly sized and easy install. Ordered 2 more for other basement windows. Hoping for same result.

   I couldn't buy my window size at box store and luckily stumbled on this company. This was my first purchase with American Windows and the product was better than expectations. Perfect size, good quality, and shipped promptly and safely. Pleasure to buy more.

9. Custom Windows at a Fair Price

   Was going to spend $50 or $60 at the big box stores for each basement window then build a frame using PVC around it.
   
   Would have been way more work and have a much smaller window.
   
   I decided to get these and well worth it. Took only 30 mins to install these (first time installing them). Super easy.
   
   Quality of the windows are just okay. Nothing special felt a little lower quality than what I was expecting. But the major thing here is getting custom Windows at a very reasonable price.

10. Happy to find a difficult size

    I installed this window in a mobile home bathroom, with the hinges on the left side. It was great finding a manufacturer who could make such a small size (13.75" by 39.5 ") at a reasonable price and with a quick turn around time. Install went smoothly, no issues. Nicely done, gentlemen!
