I needed a custom sized basement window. Others either did not offer such a window, or charged exorbitant prices.
This perfectly fit the bill. I have done my own window replacements over the years and am quite pleased with the quality and value

We had to order custom sized windows for our basement to fit the existing steel bucks in the concrete wall. Our experience with your company is excellent. The product is great and fits like it is supposed to. Would recommend your service anytime and just love the hopper design. PS it doesn't say in your web page but these also came with screens. Thanks

Needed 1 custom sized window , so not much profit for them , but they treated me like I was buying a big order . Had to change size after order placed and it was handled by them perfectly . Window was well packed and great quality .

Replaced 2 broken double hungs with your casement style and have got to say, yall really delivered a solid, square set of windows that hit the 1/2" rough opening clearance right on the money. Not 3/8" less or 7/16" less or 5/8" less, dead on 1/2" as advertised, which is probably the main concern when ordering a window that you can't see or touch until you open the box. Windows look bigger and better now without the double hung framework taking all the real estate (24"x25" in this application) Thanks again!!

I was replacing my old basement windows one window was smaller than the other. I gave American windows the measurements made both same size
They were easy to install. The windows looked very nice. I would order from them again .

the windows came in a reasonable amount of time and were the size I ordered. I would order from this company again.

The two basement windows I purchased had to fit into unusually sized openings. The old windows were put into the basement in 1936 and at least one was hand made by the owner of the house. I was very worried we would never be able to find a replacement but I was very wrong. They are perfect and I am thrilled. Thank you for making such an outstanding product.

Bought one of these windows as a test fit for several windows that I planned to replace. The fit was perfect. Removed the old window and put the new one in its place, it was that simple. I loved it so much, I bought 4 more!

Window came exactly as ordered, can take screen and window out easily, works and looks great, did have a couple of questions and customer service was excellent.

Received window. Had requested window without nail fin. The fin was still attached when I received it. Received a lot of rain yesterday. I noticed that there is a slight leak in one of the corners. Gasket in that corner is not uniform between the vertical and horizontal gasket.
