Other retailers said that they could not make the size of window for me. I am glad that I found American Windows Online. It is a good quality window. It has a strong vinyl frame and arrive sooner than I expected.

East to install fit as ordered. I will buy again only problem I had was didn't know the sil of old window would crumble in process. Will buy again for other basement Windows love that comes with screen. Next time I'll measure down to the cylinder block as could have got a bigger window.

My only concern was the side measurements were an 1/8th of and inch short. I was able to make it work still. The rest was great a nice product for the money. Works good.

I have not installed it yet but I have taken it out of the box and so far it looks good.

Liking this window, which I did in a custom size with performance glass. Big improvement once installed: sound reduced greatly along with tight fit and no leakage--a winner.
It's awning/hopper and 5 stars would come if it had a crank or a better design for opening and closing. Presently, it's a matter of tiny set screws you have to adjust carefully and of course only one setting for the window to be open to.
Value/pricing is great, though. And the company sales and staff are excellent. Shipping also is excellent, no problems at all, though I'm in a remote place.
