When I first started shopping around for replacement windows in my basement, I was a little skeptical here because they cost a lot less than others I saw. I ordered one to be safe, and was very pleasantly surprised. The only issue I had was the instructions did not explain how to increase the tension so the window remains open (maybe this is obvious, but it was not to me). But I got a very quick response to me email giving me detailed instructions. And it looks so much better than the one I replaced, so it's time to order a few more.

The whole process was seamless and easy - from ordering and having my questions answered quickly & thoroughly to the free delivery. I especially appreciated the installation tips given to me by the salesperson. These custom sized windows are a great, inexpensive improvement over the ones I had in my basement!

These windows are inexpensive and are built inexpensive too. Do not expect a $500 window. The flange is about half as big as other windows so if you frame your opening a little big they won’t catch. . They seem to to work fine, they just feel like they are inexpensive

The window was easy to order and fit perfectly. It is nice and light and looks great. Opportunity for improvement: improve the instructions for drilling the drain holes -- I was able to do it after a bit of studying. THANKS!

I ordered custom sized window for my basement. The windows fit great, they open very nicely and the look great. I would recommend American Window Products for anybody needing basement window replacements.
