If you’re looking for a durable, inexpensive basement window, this is is it. Bought one to test and fit perfect. Ordered custom and came to exact measurements. Ordered three more to finish the job.

I ordered 5 windows last year and they were perfect for my needs. I just finished a remodel and needed 2 more so I ordered the same style with different dimensions and they are also perfect for my needs. Shipping was fast and actually showed up before I needed them. Quality and reasonable response time is hard to find these days. The windows came quickly and were exactly as I specified. They fit my opening perfectly and are much more efficient than the windows they were replacing. The sliding part works easily and locks with one hand.

A contractor company actually tried to WAY over charge me for these windows. I happen to have a neighbor who used to be a contractor and when I spoke with him he told me to get 3 estimates before I did any work. Boy did he give me the right recommendation. I found American Window Products and ordering was easy plus they saved me a tremendous amount of money!

Ordered this for a mobile home kitchen, was very happy to be able to order the "slider" my wife wanted for her kitchen. Install went well once we figured out which way was up. My only issue would be not having rollers on the top, just the bottom. The price was reasonable and good communication.

The company has the ability to build a great window
The quality control is not the best
One of my two windows was awesome
The second had a bent frame screen that did not fit after three weeks I’m still waiting for replacement screen

The windows arrived without damage and installed easily. The reason I didn't give 5 stars, because the seal between the glass is not very straight which concerns me. Otherwise, the the windows look nice and work well. So far the cold, wind, and bugs stay on the outside.
