I thought maybe there would be a delay due to Covid-19, but I received my custom sized windows in 3 weeks. I was very impressed.
Size is right on, and they did a nice job removing the nail fin.
One of the windows shifted around a bit in the box, but it wasn’t damaged and I was able to get it back into place.

We ordered custom windows for our basement and were extremely happy with the quality, price and appearance of our windows. We measured according to the directions and they were perfect. I definitely recommend American Windows!

Ordered 2 basement slider windows at a custom size. They came within 3 weeks as estimated. Were well constructed and functioned properly. They did a nice job removing the fins. I looked throughout the website and could not find any mention of a screen (certainly could have overlooked) and was planning on making my own. I was happy to find that the came with a removable screen. I'd order windows here again.

Window was made perfect to size. Replaced an ugly old basement window in our finished basement with this fantastic window. I wish I could post a picture - it looks outstanding. Draft is completely gone - it's already paid for itself in saved heating cost. Great product!
