Ordered 2 basement slider windows at a custom size. They came within 3 weeks as estimated. Were well constructed and functioned properly. They did a nice job removing the fins. I looked throughout the website and could not find any mention of a screen (certainly could have overlooked) and was planning on making my own. I was happy to find that the came with a removable screen. I'd order windows here again.

Window was made perfect to size. Replaced an ugly old basement window in our finished basement with this fantastic window. I wish I could post a picture - it looks outstanding. Draft is completely gone - it's already paid for itself in saved heating cost. Great product!

I purchased 2 of these windows to replace my old pivoting basement windows in my family room. They were made right to the size I requested and fit into the existing metal frame. They look great and now I no longer have a mini-blind over the windows because they look so good.

The frame is thin but seems to be solid when mounted. Double slider windows are not at all tight when moving them but when closed they seal up securely. Have only had window in for a few weeks so I can't comment on how they hold up in the winter. I am satisfied with the quality of the window because for the price you can't get a custom fit window like this anywhere else.
