I purchased 2 of these windows to replace my old pivoting basement windows in my family room. They were made right to the size I requested and fit into the existing metal frame. They look great and now I no longer have a mini-blind over the windows because they look so good.

these are the best custom window you can buy. great quality from order to delivered to my front porch was less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company!

The frame is thin but seems to be solid when mounted. Double slider windows are not at all tight when moving them but when closed they seal up securely. Have only had window in for a few weeks so I can't comment on how they hold up in the winter. I am satisfied with the quality of the window because for the price you can't get a custom fit window like this anywhere else.

Window looks to be a quality build. It came unlatched during shipping but the great packaging prevented any serious damage. The latch is a bit flimsy but for the price these are easily comparable to any other economy window I've ever installed.

Despite FedEx destroying one of the boxes, not Am Window's fault, everything else was great. Am Windows shipped me a replacement and I an thrilled with them. Highly recommended.

Bought 2 custom basment windows to replace 100 year old wooden windows. After I rebuilt the frames these fit and work perfectly!

I installed this Window last year. Fit perfect after I trimmed the wood. Warm and no draft. Prep time took some time, trimming wood, cutting steel window out and pitching sill to drain. No damage in shipment. Windows slide perfect.
