Product arrived on time and was well packaged and reasonably priced. It opens, closes, and locks smoothly and seems of reasonable build quality. Unfortunately there was a small crack in the corner of one of the panes of glass that I suspect happened during shipping, but it wasn't big enough or critical enough for me to want to have it replaced, though it is a little disappointing.

Hey happy with these windows. They could be a little more sturdy... they don't open as smooth as I hoped they would, but they're basement windows and they lock well and look great.
Still way better than anything at a big box store.

I ordered 3 more custom sized gliding windows to complete the basement window replacement on my 1927 Sears Honor-bilt home in Cape Charles, VA. See my review dated Sept. 19, 2017.
As stated in my earlier review, American Window Products are well made and easy to install. I would highly recommend them for your window replacement needs.

Custom window received exactly as ordered and in less time than expected. While these are not "high end" windows I ordered, they were a fraction of the cost for other custom size products and certainly met the need for a custom size basement window.

This window was a very good product. The custom sizing helped make installation that much easier. It looks great on the house and I would definitely use this again on a project.
